Birmingham just keeps getting better everyday…
If you haven’t had the pleasure of visiting Uptown, “Birmingham’s Premier Entertainment District”, I encourage you to do so in the very near future.
After attending #EatDrinkBham and consuming a tasty sample of bacon from Bottle & Bone, I was persuaded for more.
Upon my arrival during lunch, I immediately fell in love with the overall look and feel of this restaurant that serves as a butcher, deli, and bottle shop.
It was also St. Patrick’s Day, which made our lunch a little more….

Get into what we had:
Dish #1 The St. Patrick’s Day Special: Reuben with house made green kraut, and provolone on marble rye bread. Cool, huh?!
Dish #2 The Daily Grind: Fresh ground patty, aged cheddar, house pickles, and their special sauce. They decided to make our burger a little festive with a St. Patty’s version of the special sauce.
I think that I can speak for my lunch companion by saying we both enjoyed the afternoon sugar high that occurred after consuming these bottled beverages. (These really took me back to my childhood!)
