Every time I visit Brookwood Mall, I still miss one of my favorite restaurants, Zea Rotisserie & Grill.
Below is the Balsamic Salmon, Sugar Snap Peas, & Mashed Sweet Potatoes… This meal was the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

Yes, I miss that restaurant too sometimes! I really enjoyed their red beans & rice! It was seasoned very well and came with (expertly fried) chicken and sausage! Delicious! I also had a really good chicken sandwich one day…couldn’t eat it all and took the other half to go. Unfortunately, I left my to-go box in a store (likely a shoe section)! I’ll never get to have that sandwich again. 😦

That sounds so yummy! Sadly, I’ve left some of my “best” leftovers by accident too. Maybe when you’re traveling you can get a 2nd chance at that meal! 🙂

My favorite was the veal with roasted potatoes and corn! It was heaven on a plate!!!!!
