These days it seems like there is a holiday for EVERYTHING!

A few months ago, my lunch companion and I decided to actively participate in National Cheeseburger Day by dining at a local barbecue joint in the city….

In my attempt to research the location for lunch that day, I also learned that I was about to dine at a location that was rich in history for the city of Birmingham.
